Dalke Construction has extensive experience building and renovating schools and university projects. Dalke works closely with each client to provide personalized construction solutions while exceeding expectations. Dalke has completed education projects for the Salem-Keizer School District, North Salem High Environmental Learning Center, Dallas School District, Chemeketa Community College, Willamette University, Western Oregon University, and Corban University.
Understanding the unique environmental, spatial, and business needs of nursing homes, assisted living, and retirement facilities, Dalke Construction specializes in the construction of care-related facilities. Dalke Construction brings a depth of specialized expertise that is difficult to find among more generalized building contractors. Dalke Construction constructed Dallas Retirement Village (Phase I, II, & III); a new 161 bed addition/remodel to an existing retirement home with 3 different types of occupancy for nursing care, assisted living and residential care. This 95,000 square foot building, with connector corridor, ties to an existing 37,000 square foot wood framed building that Dalke Construction built a number of years ago. Dalke Construction tied into the existing building that was occupied with current residents. Effort was made to maintain cleanliness, keep residents safe and not disrupt residents by the day to day construction activities.
